Q: How do purchase Teeth Whitening?
A: By the single use ($25). But if you can buy two kits for $40 with the average results two to four shades brighter each use.

Q: If I sign up for a minimum commitment terms program, can I cancel it before the term is over?
A: All payments are required for cancellation of any minimum commitment term program.

Q: If I sign up for a 12 month program, can I downgrade during the first 12 months?
A: No. During the first 12 months you can upgrade the package but you cannot downgrade.

Q: If my payment has not been withdrawn from my account can I pay it at the salon?
A: Yes. You can make payments at the salon. Unsuccessful and Late Payments are subject to a late fee.

Q: Can I request cancellation or do a payment change over the phone?
A: No. All request for cancellation or payment changes must be done at the salon.

Q: At the end of my minimum commitment term, does it automatically cancel?
A: No. Once the commitment terms is complete, then the package will be on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
